Becky Takeda-Tinker, M.B.A., Ph.D., Core Faculty, Leadership and Organizational Studies
With a broad base of experience and practice in the private sector, Dr. Takeda-Tinker brings the best practices of business management, organizational leadership and governance, marketing, and business communication to the position of Core Faculty for Leadership and Organizational Studies. She is responsible for the curriculum development for Bachelor degree Common Core courses, and for Masters Degree courses in Leadership and Organizational Studies. Dr. Takeda-Tinker's professional experience includes speaking engagements at a number of Fortune 100 companies, consulting with small businesses and non-profit organizations in financial and strategic planning, and co-Founder and CEO of Merchants Billing Services, Inc., where she helped create a global business-to-business services company. She holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership, a Master of Business Administration in Finance with a post-graduate certificate in Marketing Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a specialization in Diversified Liberal Arts.

Danielle Babb, M.B.A., Ph.D., Online Faculty, Masters in Leadership and Organizational Studies and Common Core
Dr. Babb is an information technologist and statistician with a focus on the real estate in healthcare markets. A California resident all her life, she is a full time online teacher and analyst for news networks, and an author of several books in teaching online and real estate. Dr. Babb is regularly cited in major publications, and is the go-to analyst for MSNBC, Fox News, Fox Business and many other networks. Dr. Babb is a passionate educator and professional consultant teaching individuals how to make an income in an online world, whether through real estate, teaching, or running professional e-commerce sites. She is a strong believer in education and feels strongly that online education is the future. Her goal is to help others achieve theirs, and has a passion, drive, and commitment to lifelong learning.
Kathleen Dodaro, M.S., Ph.D., Online Faculty, Masters in Leadership and Organizational Studies
Through progressively responsible executive leadership positions in the non-profit and for profit sectors Dr. Dodaro has expertise in human resource management, performance management, leadership improvement, organizational development and strategic management. She has presented nationally on topics related to human resource management and law, metrics, strategic management and risk management. Dr. Dodaro has written and published articles and training manuals in the areas of cultural diversity, personnel testing, effective leadership and risk management. Through grants with the Department of Labor, she has worked with county and state workforce development boards to provide educational and job opportunities for displaced and incumbent workers Dr. Dodaro has written grants to advance healthcare education and participated in the development of a national effort to develop a simulation program to increase the success rates of new graduate nurses. She has developed curriculum and taught courses in business and healthcare for several years. Dr. Dodaro holds a Master of Science in Management and a Ph.D. Organizations and Management. She also holds certifications in Disability Management and Employment Law.
Jaime J. Klein, M.B.A., Ph.D., Online Faculty, Masters in Leadership and Organizational Studies, Common Core, and General Electives.
Dr. Klein is the Director of Information Technology at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in Fennimore, Wisconsin, where she has worked for the past seven years. Prior to the Director of Information Technology position, she was a teacher for that college, teaching and developing both face-to-face and online courses. Prior to working for the college, she was an IT consultant, working with companies to maximize their IT resources. Upon earning her Ph.D. she began working as an adjunct instructor for Upper Iowa University, teaching courses in organizational behavior, critical thinking, microeconomics, and leadership theory. She also works as an adjunct for the University of Wisconsin, Platteville, teaching courses in leadership. Dr. Klein is also a mentor at Northcentral University, teaching Ph.D. level business and statistics courses as well as Strategic Knowledge Studies courses for NCU. She continues to serve as a dissertation committee member. Her expertise in business, management, organizational behavior, quantitative methods, and information technology has proven to be beneficial in her teaching. Dr. Klein is responsible for the development and teaching of undergraduate technology courses across in various areas within the CSU-Global Campus curriculum. Dr. Klein possesses a Ph.D. in Organization and Management, a Master of Business Administration with a leadership focus, and a Bachelor of Science in Business. She has presented for local and national groups on information technology, information security, and general business practices.
