Military Transfer Credit
We may be able to grant up to 20 semester hours of undergraduate credit for military coursework. Students interested in having their service school credit reviewed should read the guidelines below to request the proper documentation.
AIR FORCE
Airmen may obtain their official transcripts through: http://www.maxwell.af.mil/au/ccaf/transcripts.asp
Civilians with CCAF credit: http://www.maxwell.af.mil/au/ccaf/non_airforce.asp
ARMY

Active Duty & most veterans may request an AARTS (Army/American Council on Education Registry Transcript). This contains all Army coursework taken. Request through: http://aarts.army.mil/
NAVY / MARINES

Active Duty & most veterans may request a SMART (Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript). Request through: https://www.navycollege.navy.mil/transcript.html
COAST GUARD
Active Duty: Request an official USCG Transcript Form CGI-1564. Information regarding this can be found here: http://www.uscg.mil/hq/cg1/cgi/ve/official_transcript.asp. Veterans should submit their DD-214.
Veterans who served before the implementation of electronic transcripts will need to obtain different documentation. Veterans may request their military personnel records from the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration. Request a DD-214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty.
