Angela Ellis, CPA, M.B.A.–Core Faculty, Business Management
As a Certified Public Account, Ms. Ellis brings the insights and knowledge of a business professional to CSU-Global Campus plus a strong academic background in teaching, curriculum development, and online instruction. Ms. Ellis recently joined CSU-Global Campus from Community College of Aurora where she taught accounting and business courses in traditional classroom and online environments. Previously, she was an Assistant Professor for the MBA program in the College for Professional Studies School of Management at Regis University and Assistant Professor of Accounting in the Center for Business and Economics at Elmhurst College. Ms. Ellis' background also includes positions in public accounting, industry, and state government. She maintains her CPA license and is CFO of a small property management company near Rocky Mountain National Park. Ms. Ellis' responsibilities at CSU-Global Campus include developing and teaching courses in the Business Management Specialization and mentoring online faculty in the Business Management Specialization.
Ms. Ellis holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Danielle Babb, M.B.A., Ph.D.–Online Faculty, Common Core
Dr. Babb is an information technologist and statistician with a focus on the real estate in healthcare markets. A California resident all her life, she is a full time online teacher and analyst for news networks, and an author of several books in teaching online and real estate. Dr. Babb is regularly cited in major publications, and is the go-to analyst for MSNBC, Fox News, Fox Business and many other networks. Dr. Babb is a passionate educator and professional consultant teaching individuals how to make an income in an online world, whether through real estate, teaching, or running professional e-commerce sites. She is a strong believer in education and feels strongly that online education is the future. Her goal is to help others achieve theirs, and has a passion, drive, and commitment to lifelong learning.
Terry Cottrell, M.S.L.I.S., M.B.A., Online Faculty, Common Core
Mr. Cottrell holds a master's degree in Library and Information Science, a master's degree in Business Administration and bachelor's degree in English-Rhetoric. He currently serves as the Library Director of the University of St. Francis and has been teaching solely online for five years in various business, professional development and professional training disciplines. Mr. Cottrell's background as a technology consultant and entrepreneur have given him a unique mix of managerial experiences with ventures in medical records technologies, real estate investment and management, web services, landscaping and IT consulting.
Mr. Cottrell brings a strong practical background in leading and working with individuals of varied personalities and skill sets toward goals both altruistic and commercial. He is active in local and statewide committee and board activities ranging from Illinois State Library affairs to community groups and charitable organizations. During the past two years, Mr. Cottrell has been speaking on leadership and training library staff to work with adjunct/distance faculty. Prior to his appointment as Library Director, Mr. Cottrell worked in digital imaging and preservation at the University of Illinois.
Kathleen J. Fitzgerald, M.A., Ph.D., Online Faculty, General Electives
Dr. Fitzgerald earned her Ph.D. in Sociology, her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and her Master or Arts in Sociology. She is currently an Associate Professor of Sociology at Columbia College in Missouri and in addition to teaching full-time, taught for the Columbia College online program from 2001-2007, in which she developed and taught most of the courses in the sociology program. Her areas of interest are inequalities along the lines of race, class, and gender; political sociology, particularly social policy and social movements; and industrial sociology, with a focus on the changing economy and the effects on workers across the globe. She is currently working on a textbook for McGraw Hill entitled Taking Account of Race: Identities, Ideologies, and Institutions. In 2007, her book Beyond White Ethnicity: Developing a Sociological Understanding of Native American Identity Reclamation published by Lexington/Rowman and Littlefield Publishers. Additionally, she has written, presented, and published numerous professional articles. She is responsible for developing and teaching business management and common core courses.
Steven Huntley, M.B.A., M.Ed., Ed.S., Ph.D. – Online Faculty, Leadership and Organizational Studies and Public Management
Coupling his expertise in leadership and organizational development with years of leadership in educating online and adult learners, Dr. Huntley is responsible for developing and teaching courses in the areas of leadership, organizational studies, and public management. He is also developing a faculty mentoring program for CSU-Global Studies. Dr. Huntley has served as a Professor of Business for Florida Community College at Jacksonville for more than 20 years and prior to that as a human resources director for the same institution. During the past five years, he has taught online at both the undergraduate and graduate school levels, primarily in the subjects of organizational behavior and management. Previously, he was a lead mentor for a college's virtual adjunct mentoring program, helping new online instructors become oriented to the distance education learning environment and strengthen their effectiveness in teaching. Dr. Huntley possesses a Ph.D. in Educational Administration, a Masters of Business Administration, M.Ed. and Ed.S. Degrees in Counselor Education, a B.A. in Management, and a certificate from Florida Community College at Jacksonville's online instructor training program. During the past few years he has presented several workshops on mentoring and training online instructors.
Jaime J. Klein, M.B.A., Ph.D.–Online Faculty, Masters in Leadership and Organizational Studies, Common Core, and General Electives.
Dr. Klein is the Director of Information Technology at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in Fennimore, Wisconsin, where she has worked for the past seven years. Prior to the Director of Information Technology position, she was a teacher for that college, teaching and developing both face-to-face and online courses. Prior to working for the college, she was an IT consultant, working with companies to maximize their IT resources. Upon earning her Ph.D. she began working as an adjunct instructor for Upper Iowa University, teaching courses in organizational behavior, critical thinking, microeconomics, and leadership theory. She also works as an adjunct for the University of Wisconsin, Platteville, teaching courses in leadership. Dr. Klein is also a mentor at Northcentral University, teaching Ph.D. level business and statistics courses as well as Strategic Knowledge Studies courses for NCU. She continues to serve as a dissertation committee member. Her expertise in business, management, organizational behavior, quantitative methods, and information technology has proven to be beneficial in her teaching. Dr. Klein is responsible for the development and teaching of undergraduate technology courses across in various areas within the CSU-Global Campus curriculum. Dr. Klein possesses a Ph.D. in Organization and Management, a Master of Business Administration with a leadership focus, and a Bachelor of Science in Business. She has presented for local and national groups on information technology, information security, and general business practices.
